EMC Industrial warrants that all distributed equipment is free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of shipment, unless otherwise specified. This warranty is limited to the replacement of defective parts for products and does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
